I will keep this list updated as more appear, but there are already a number of sites advertising the book in a number of countries (from USA, UK, Norway, India, South Korea and so on). Some of these will ship internationally or there is the e-book option.
Here are a few direct links to the appropriate pages:

This is very interesting book. I. Need this book for my study.
Dear Nelson – thanks for this, John
Really looking forward to reading this important book! Can I get a copy in Dubai?
Tristan – good to hear from you. I am listing sellers as I come across them on the “Where to order the book?” page by country. Nothing in Dubai yet unfortunately. Some of the others might mail it, or you can buy the e-book on Amazon for example. Best John
Dear John
I have heard about this book in Bruxelles this week.
How do I get it in Denmark?
KR
Thanks and glad to connect in Brussels. I list on this site “where to get book” all the book shop and on-line sites I am aware of. None yet for Denmark (although a few in Norway, Finland and Sweden … come on Denmark). I believe that a few of the others will ship to Denmark, including the publisher Palgrave.com. Best wishes and let me know what you think when you read it. John
Actually, I have just noticed that Saxo.com now sell it, and so have added this to the list in the ‘where can I buy the book’ section.
